This time of year not many folks around. Just what we ordered. Peaceful, quiet, nice fishing lake. Clean, plenty of room between pull thru sites. Streets and sites are paved. Didn't use restrooms or showers, but would expect them to be as clean as everything else. Our 1st time here and we will be back.

We rectory spent 5 days at Jellystone Park at Daddy Joe's in Tabor City and decided within the first two hours there that we definitely would go back. This park is super clean, well maintained, staff was friendly, helpful, accommodating, always ready to share experiences and listen. While this Campground is geared to children there are still many things adults can do as well plus you are 30 minutes to an hour away from several beaches. All the visitors to this park, including the children, were pleasant, friendly, and abided by the rules. It is also a dog friendly place. You will find a well stocked store, a grill, and the Creamery has excellent ice cream.
