Pull in and walk into the heart of grape country. Enjoy the pine- and oak-covered trails of Ottaway Park and the magical sunsets over Lake Erie, only 300 yards from the campground. Hike a shale-bottom creek that flows through KOA or hook bass and perch from the catch-and-release pond. Take an Erie charter or fish off the pier/boat launch, just a half mile from the campground. This KOA boasts two pools, a game room and an award-winning playground. Summer weekends include children's games/activities and live music on Saturdays. You'll find incredible food at the on-site "it's all good" food truck (try the pizza with a hand-pressed crust or real buffalo wings). Travel the area for spectacular views of Lake Erie and go sightseeing in Amish Country. Enjoy the vineyards, antique shops, wineries, water parks and restaurants. Pool: Memorial Weekend - Labor Day Weekend. Max pull thru: 85 feet. Your hosts: the Hanes family.
