Vacation Inn Resort of the Palm Beaches, Inc., is a Homeowners’ Association with 400 ownership lots and more than 32 acres of beautifully matured, landscaped property.

Each lot has a concrete pad; sprinkler system; 50 amp electrical pedestal; water and sewer hook-ups; cable TV with an in-house TV channel for all activity information and special announcements; landscape maintenance and daily garbage pickup. The Resort has on-site management provided by a licensed, certified Community Association Manager.
