Rich in history, art, outdoor fun and of course, wine! Vevay, Indiana was named after the Swiss town of Vevey in Canton Vaud, Switzerland. We have come a long way since the early 1800s when John James Dufour of Switzerland, first settled here with dreams of making wine in Indiana.

Vevay, Indiana is nestled between Cincinnati and Louisville along the scenic river route of the Ohio River. Vevay offers an abundance of local shops, art, historical homes, parks, and much more the whole family can enjoy. Come spend the day or weekend taking in the natural beauty of our rural community surrounded by the inherent Hoosier Hospitality of those who call Vevay home.
