Affectionately known as The Ranch, this 440-acre, gated community was designed with large sites to accommodate Class A motor coaches and fifth-wheels (non-toyhauler type) only, 30 feet or more in length and 10 years or newer. Sorry -- no Class B or C, trailers or park models. There are over 590 spacious sites averaging 40 X 80 feet with plenty of room for multiple slide-outs. The Ranch has two clubhouses. The large one is for community events. The smaller facility houses the HOA office, our library and various small-group activities, including craft and game gatherings.

The Ranch offers laundry and shoer facilities, exercise room, two tennis courts, six pickle ball courts, two club houses, bocce ball, 5 swimming pools all with jacuzzis, fishing lake, resort market and cafe.

We certainly cater to our dogs here at The Ranch! Don't pets and RV's go together? There's a super-sized dog park for your four-legged friend, which has proven to be a perfect spot for the two-legged humanoids to socialize with other owners and guests.

Want some icing on your cake? How about daily curb-side trash pick-up, free WiFi at the small club house. (Long term renters may arrage to have it at their site for an additional fee) propane service, ATM and quarter machines.
