R-Ranch is an amazing 1093 acre ranch nestled in the hills of Lake Berreyessa, neighboring Bureau of Land Management (BLM) National land preserve. Located an hour away from the San Francisco Bay Area or downtown Sacramento, you'll be amazed at how much we have to offer so close to home! We are a family resort designed to accommodate all ages. We offer a wide variety of activities such as, fishing for the kids in our stocked trout pond, horseback riding, and so much more.

Check it out for yourself! There are a limited number of grant deeds available on a first come - first serve basis. This is NOT a timeshare and NOT a membership! Through the undivided interest method of ownership, as an owner you receive a grant deed for your interest in the entire multi-million dollar Ranch, all its recreational facilities and accommodations. It's yours to enjoy year 'round, as often as you like, but not as a permanent residence. Now, you can have it all! As a grant deed owner, you have the right to re-sell your grant deed at any time and you set the asking price.
