"Beautiful view of the Bay"

Beautiful resort with many sights right on the water. The sights are gravel, but are packed down really well and fairly level. We had to put one of the yellow leveling blocks under the tires on one side. There is no sandy beach so don't expect to be able to sit with your toes in the sand, but the views are still wonderful. We did not stay right on the water, but in one of the new spots right across the road near the rv storage. Don't worry, it's only a 50.- 75 yard walk to the water and you can still see the water from inside our trailer. The people in the office are super friendly. The other tenants seem friendly. There is a heated pool. A small exercise room with a treadmill and stationary bike. A small game room, and a laundry room. Laundry is probably the most expensive I've seen and we've been full time since June 20!. It's $4.00 to wash a load. $.75 to dry, but someone in there said don't let that fool you, to get them dry you'll have to run it twice. We'll do our laundry next week, thanks. The clubhouse also has a TV room where you can gather with friends and watch the game. All in all, it's a really nice park. We are enjoying it.
