"Dont book Holly Shores will not honor their sales!!!!!!!!!"

Do not book at Holly Shores they will not stand behind their prices. We had an Easter vacation that was planed but had to be cancelled because of the COVID-19. OK we understand you couldn?t be open so we asked if are party could be moved to Memorial Day instead of Easter and Holly Shores said they would switch it so our family could camp on the next holiday together. Fast forward a few weeks and now we get an email saying we owe them over $400.00 more? We where paid in full and our trip got cancelled because you could not be open, so you agreed to honor your Easter deal on your next holiday which is what we did. Now we are being told by your staff ?well it wasn?t are fault we where closed?. No kidding we know and we went throw this already and you agreed to honor your Easter price but now they you think you can make more money you are not going to honor the sale we?. BAD BUINESS GUESS WHAT IT DEFFENTLY WASN?T YOUR CUSTOMERS FALT THAT YOU WHERE CLOSED ON EASTER AND YOU SHOULD HONOR YOUR EASTER SALE LIKE YOU AGREED TO. The only thing they offered to do was let us book next year on Easter? No thank you after how your business operates next year you will probably try to make us pay more because your rates went up or something and then try to blame your customer again. Bad business I will not be camping with you every again and I plane on letting every camper we know how Holly Shore treats their customers. FYI when the rest of my party called to cancel they could care less so if you this Holly Shore cares about your family you are sadly mistaking.

"Great Family Resort"

Stayed for the Tot's Halloween Weekend. What a great family resort. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Site had level gravel parking and a nice concrete pad with picnic table. Only issue with site (4 instead of 5 stars) was there was a hole right off of the cement pad that everyone kept stepping into and tripping. This was our third visit and we will be back again.
