We stayed here many times over a 5 year period. The hosts were always friendly. The campground is an ?Airstream? campground and most of the prime spots are owned by Airstream RV owners. We usually visited in the fall and the owners? spots were usually vacated and available for rent. The prime spots are on the lake with great views. If visiting in the summer, you are more likely to be in the large open area West of the original campground. Spots are level with good power, water, and sewer. Traverse City is about 15 minutes away. Plenty of food stores, restaurants and other amenities are available within a few miles.
