Halesford Harbour, located in Bedford County, VA on beautiful 20,000 acre Smith Mountain Lake is a 41-acre campground resort. Halesford Harbour offers a premier RV Park campground, 24-room motel, the only lakefront motel on the Bedford County side of Smith Mountain Lake and a marina with boat rentals and boat launch. Halesford Harbour, nestled in a quiet cove at Smith Mountain Lake is surrounded by nature and offers frequent sightings of deer, turkey, great blue herons, bald eagles and other wildlife that is native to the Blue Ridge Mountain region of Virginia. Smith Mountain Lake, famous for bass fishing, offers trophy striped bass, large mouth bass, small mouth bass and crappy.
