for seasoned, experienced RV'ers, this is the perfect Park; no frilly amenities to waste your money, just a good site with all hookups, secluded, out of the way of business traffic, but situated centrally in Pike's Peak / Colorado Springs area easily accessible to the plethora of Attractions and Events available for miles around; and the Hosts of the Park are the best People you'll ever encounter.
