Only 30 minutes from St. Augustine. We are the perfect location to stay and explore Jacksonville!

Like others have said, it is an older place with a lot of long-term people. It is in kind of a commercial area.. not necessarily industrial but more wholesale type commercial businesses. Mobile homes in the back, long-term RVs in the middle, and overnighters in the front. But, it is very clean and well cared for. Grass was mowed and the long term people don't have a bunch of junk piled around like you see a lot of places. They do have plants and patio stuff out but it is all very neat and taken care for. Girl in office was very friendly both on phone and in person. Overnight spot was next to the road but once inside, I didn't hear much. Concrete pads with grass next to it and small picnic table. Wifi worked well. Would not mind spending a night or two here again.
