About This Property
We fell in love with East Tennessee and the people here, so we decided to open a family RV campground of our own in the Smokies.
The nicest folks you will ever meet are at RV campgrounds. We want our guests to feel at home, and we’ll do everything in our power to make them comfortable. Our main goal is for everyone (and especially children) to feel safe and happy, and to love being here.
We’re offering our campers lots of unique amenities to show them that they mean a lot to us. If you ever have a problem, we’ll take care of it immediately. We look forward to seeing you and your family soon!

We stayed here 4 nights in early July. Nice location. Far enough off the main tourist area but close enough to get where you wanted to go. On-site owners are very helpful and offer great amenities to the guests. There?s a river at the back of the camp. We kayaked on it several times. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful little campground on the Little Pigeon River. This is a newer campground that gets you close to the activities of Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg without the horrible tourist traffic. Sites are level asphalt that includes a picnic table, fire ring and grill. Close to shopping, restaurants and gas/diesel. Gated entrance makes you very safe. The on-site owners are extremely helpful and a wealth of knowledge of the area!

My husband and I are monthly RVers and this is the most awesome campground in the Pigeon Forge area. The owners treat you like family and are on site daily to help you in any way. Great rates. Conveniently located to all attractions.
