California Campgrounds
The 44th District Agricultural Association sponsors the Colusa Farm Show in February; Colusa Western Days in April, The Colusa County Fair in June, and Holiday Craft Faire in November.
The Association's facilities encompass numerous exhibit buildings, tree covered lawn area's livestock pavilions, grandstands and arena, ballparks, and large parking areas.
All facilities are available for rent for private parties, public events, family gatherings, trade shows, single RV users and groups with some full hook-ups and clubhouses.
The 44th District Agricultural Association is operated under the Division of Fairs and Expositions, which is overseen by the Department of Food and Agriculture for the State of California. The Fairgrounds is governed by a 9 member board of directors appointed by the Governor of California and receives no tax money from the State of California's general fund. It is specially funded through para-mutual horse racing and revenues generated by the Fairgrounds itself.
