These smoothie recipes are delicious, rich in healthy ingredients, and are easy to prepare in the restricted space of your RV. Always make sure to thoroughly wash produce before blending, and enjoy!

Almond, Banana, Blueberry, & Kale Smoothie

This delicious smoothie features the contemporarily popular kale. Leafy green kale is rich in iron and calcium, which strengthens bones. Plus, the blueberries pack antioxidants and memory-boosting compounds. The chia removes toxins and improves cholesterol levels.

In a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients and blend on the highest speed until creamy. Mix ½-cup almond milk, ½-cup kale leaves (remove the stems), ½ banana, ¼-cup frozen blueberries, ½-tablespoon raw almond butter, and ½-tablespoon of chia seeds.

Coconut Almond Smoothie
