Summer Time & Hitting the Road & Roadside Architecture

It’s the SUMMER!!! Remember when you were a kid, and that last day of school bell rang, and the feeling that came over you, you’re FREE! Believe it or not, we, at our age, still get that feeling every time we hit the road! Certainly the destination point, or Resort you may be headed to are really exciting too, but hitting the road, with our tea & coffee in hand, puppies loaded up, and settle in the back seat, and GPS & MobileRVing.com in hand (not to mention a few maps in the side pocket, just in case), we hit the byways, highways, and back roads!

Our beautiful America have great freeways, but we prefer the Backroads, where you can find that out of the way coffee shop & bakery, always it seems with a big smile to great you! You know the little eclectic stores, and homemade furniture stores. Now the tricky part is getting your driver to stop, haha.
Another thing you may see more of is, Roadside Architecture! I Love me a Gas station fashioned after a Teacup, or a giant Dinosaur on the side of the road!
