Your RV outings are supposed to be full of relaxation, exciting road trips and good times with your loved ones. However, there are those times when issues occur with your RV that leave you feeling anything but relaxed.
So what do you do? The common thing to do in most cases would be to pick up your cell phone and dial up the dealer or service shop that you’re familiar with. You wait on hold for a few minutes, hoping for someone to get on the line that will help you out. After describing the situation the best you can to the tech on the other end of the line, you get a few suggestions and hopefully, all is well again.
But what if you could solve the simple RV service issues without a tech? After spending some time in a very busy RV service department, it became apparent that a lot of customers have similar questions, with similar answers, regardless of the type of RV they had.
To help my fellow RVers out, I’ve come up with a list of the top questions asked inside an RV service department and their answers. These range from simple questions about tire pressure and battery maintenance, to complex electrical and slide out issues.
