Oregon Coast - Waldport
Along the Highway 101 on the Oregon Coastline, and where the 34 meet, (also known as Hemlock Street – in town) is the wonderful little coastal town of Waldport. We have been coming here for 5 years now, and are blessed to say we assist 2 different Parks in this lovely town.

Whether you like to walk along the beach or play in the sand with the kids with their sand pails, go crabbing in the Bay in a small boat, Bicycle along the miles of paths, visit the local Antique & Museums stores/shops, or just pull on your hiking boots, and make your way up and around the local hills amongst the tall pines, you will be a Happy Camper in Waldport, Oregon!

Two of the “Best” RV/Camping Parks in this area to choose from are Waldport/Newport KOA, just north of the Alsea Bay Bridge up on a cliff overlooking the Ocean, and the Alsea Bay, or McKinley’s Marina & RV Park located on Highway 34, just east of 101 Highway, planted right next to the Alsea Bay River. Waldport/Newport KOA has lots of grass, bushes, and Cabins to rent, along with plenty room for your big RV, and McKinley’s Marina & RV Park has a boat launch, also full hookup sites with room for the biggest Rigs, and level concrete sites throughout, they also have grassy spots along the river for tents, or rigs that do not need any hookups. Either Park, you will have a great time at, and lots of things to do, and see in Waldport and the surrounding town.

No matter where your travels may take you, remember to thank your hosts wherever you have stayed, this is their home!

Happy Trails,
Lynn & Denise Boon
