"Very Disappointing"

This park made what could have been a pleasant experience into an unpleasant one. After a stressful day driving (large rig with tow on narrow, winding roads and passage through Bay Area) was given worst site in the park with 5 better, unfilled sites available the next morning. Site smelled of sewer and when mentioned at front office, comment made by one staff member to other was reminder advising of site assigned to us. Site was uneven requiring long set up procedures (for one night stay) to make sure no dangling tires. Site was asphalt rather than the better and available available concrete sites. And finally, park is filled with resident RVs rather than traveling RVs so site in front had lots of boxes and junk as our front window view. Very disappointed.

"Surprisingly very quiet next to 101 freeway"

The only thing we heard in our site was a few cows mooing in the foothills behind us! The sites & facilities are very clean & neat. The staff here are ALL very nice, especially the Manager we met; Rachelle! Very convenient to visit the cute little town of San Juan Bautista, or go into the town of Gilroy. One day we drove to Fisherman's Wharf in Monterey, it was a very easy 30 - 40 min drive. Highly recommend this RV Park. Great for groups too!

"San Juan Bautista"

We love this quant California Mission Town. The staff & Management are always very nice, especially Rachel! The campground facilities are very nice & clean, and the view of the mountains behind us are great.
